For Dorflagen we use grapes from different vineyards around Gols. Heideboden sites as well as our hillside sites find a place in these wines. For the vinification process we utilise fermentation in open vats with whole grapes. Dorflagen wines are exceedingly fruity and ripe in used barrels for 500 as well as 225 litres.
